ONLINE PROFILE
Assessments
We offer four different types of assessments designed to help you understand your strengths, manage your weaknesses and focus more on what you do best, leveraging your natural ways of thinking, feeling and behaving.
We first offer an online assessment which consists of a detailed questionnaire designed to gather information. This is followed by a 90 minute coaching session to debrief the results and co-create some actions for you to implement after the session.
ASSESSMENT
Strengths Profile

Everyone has their own unique set of talents and strengths. When we use our strengths at home and at work we are more likely to feel energised, confident, and able to be at our best. In order to utilise our strengths effectively, we first need to identify them. Over 1 million people have undertaken the Strengths Profile, a world-leading strengths tool built by Cappfinity in the UK from a decade of theoretical and empirical research in positive psychology.
Research shows that when we effectively use our strengths, we are more likely to operate at our peak and achieve our goals. Those who take a strengths-based approach tend to increase their levels of resilience, decrease levels of stress and are less likely to experience burn out. Organisations who take a strengths-based approach see significant increases in employee engagement, goal achievement and overall organisational performance.
ASSESSMENT
MTQPlus Mental Toughness

The MTQPlus assessment is a unique 74 item high-quality psychometric measure that measures Mental Toughness which describes the mindset that every person adopts in everything they do. It is closely related to qualities such as character, resilience, grit, etc. Published research and case studies from around the world show that Mental Toughness is a major factor in:
- Performance: explaining up to 25% of the variation in performance of individuals
- Positive Behaviour: more engaged, more positive, more “can do”
- Well-Being: more contentment, better stress management, less prone to bullying
- Aspirations: more ambitious, prepared to manage more risk
- The MTQPlus assessment measures mindset on 8 scales: the four C’s and two additional sub-scales for each.
ASSESSMENT
AQAI Adaptability Quotient

Adaptability Quotient is a holistic measure of workplace adaptability. The higher your AQ, the more likely you will be able to recover from setbacks, find alternative solutions to problems, and embrace change. AQ is measured across three key core dimensions: AQ Ability (what are my adaptability skills?), AQ Character (in what way do I adapt?), and AQ Environment (how does my environment influence my adaption?).
There is no “ideal” Adaptability profile. Every AQme profile is unique and a product of a combination of factors including community support, ingrained behaviours, and learned skills. Each profile has strengths and weaknesses, so whilst we provide an overall AQ score, this is a guideline to help you increase your adaptability moving forward. Complete your AQ assessment and receive an adaptability report, 90 minute debrief coaching session with takeaway actions to help you increase your adaptabilty.
ASSESSMENT
Occupational Interests Profile+

The Occupational Interests Profile+ is designed to provide a comprehensive and fully integrated assessment for career guidance and development.
The OIP+ consists of an occupational interest questionnaire and a measure of personal work needs. It assesses eight vocational interests and five personal work needs.
The vocational interests identify work areas which an individual is likely to enjoy, whereas the work needs assesses how well suited they are to different environments. This assessment can be used by adults and young people over 15.
